Deze groeiende KMO in regio Tielt specialiseert zich in HVAC-S projecten voor particuliere en professionele klanten. Met een compact team, korte communicatielijnen en een sterke focus op kwaliteit realiseren ze uiteenlopende projecten van A tot Z. Hier geen logge structuren, maar een omgeving waar beslissingen snel genomen worden en waar jouw expertise zichtbaar bijdraagt aan het succes van elk project.

Als Projectleider HVAC-S krijg je de kans om projecten zelfstandig op te volgen en nauw samen te werken met collega's, klanten en leveranciers.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als projectleider neem je de leiding over HVAC-S projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering en waak je over planning, kwaliteit en budget
  • Dagelijks stem je af met klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en techniekers om een vlotte uitvoering van de werken te garanderen
  • Je volgt technische dossiers op, controleert offertes en bestellingen en stuurt bij waar nodig om projecten succesvol af te ronden
  • Ook bezoek je regelmatig de werf om de voortgang op te volgen, problemen snel te detecteren en samen oplossingen uit te werken
  • Tot slot rapporteer je de stand van zaken aan de zaakvoerders en draag je actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van de werking binnen het bedrijf
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in Klimatisatie of Hernieuwbare energie
  • Als projectleider heb je minstens 2 jaar werkervaring nodig binnen HVAC
  • Verder ben je vertrouwd met AutoCAD 2D
