Wil je techniekers aansturen én zelf verantwoordelijk zijn voor projecten van a tot z? Dan is deze functie als werfcoördinator HVAC en sanitair misschien precies wat je zoekt.

Je komt terecht in een technisch en dynamisch team waar HVAC, sanitair, onderhoud en gebouwentechnieken centraal staan.

Je coördineert kleine werken en onderhoudsopdrachten bij onder andere kantoren, woonzorgcentra en andere gebouwen. Van de eerste offerte tot de planning, uitvoering en financiële opvolging: jij houdt het overzicht.

Als werfcoördinator kleine werken ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische, praktische en administratieve opvolging van onderhoudscontracten, interventies en kleine HVAC- en sanitaire werken.

  • Je coördineert onderhoud en kleine werken aan HVAC- en sanitaire installaties.
  • Je volgt onderhoudscontracten en technische interventies op.
  • Je plant werkzaamheden zoals het reinigen van ketels, vervangen van filters, controleren van veiligheidsonderdelen en nakijken van HVAC-regelingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de offertedienst met jouw technische kennis en helpt bij het opmaken van offertes.
  • Na goedkeuring volg je het volledige dossier van a tot z op.
  • Je bereidt dossiers en aankopen voor en bewaakt de planning.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve en financiële opvolging van jouw dossiers.
  • Je stuurt monteurs en onderhoudstechniekers aan en motiveert hen tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Indien nodig start je de werf of het werk zelf op.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij technische, projectmatige en offertevragen.
  • Je geeft technisch advies en werkt zelfstandig offertes uit.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent flexibel en staat op sporadische basis mee in voor de permanentiebewaking.
  • Je hebt een diploma in HVAC, sanitair of een aanverwante technische richting.
  • Ervaring binnen HVAC, sanitair, onderhoudstechnieken of gebouwentechnieken is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring in een coördinerende of leidinggevende functie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en begrijpt hoe HVAC- en sanitaire installaties functioneren.
  • Je vindt het leuk om techniekers aan te sturen, maar steekt indien nodig ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
