Voor onze klant,een modern familiebedrijf actief binnen de wereld van HVAC, Sanitair en Warmtepomptechniek, gaan wij op zoek naar een projectleider. De firma is een gevestigde installatiebedrijf in volle groei. Hun focus ligt op de projectmarkt (B2B-projecten, villabouw, ..), alsook service en onderhoud van gebouwen en installaties bij particuliere klanten.

Sterke kennis van HVAC-S installaties? Eerste ervaring in projectleiding? Goesting om deel te worden van een tof team en modern bedrijf?

Wat ga je doen?

Als projectleider word je mee verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van uiteenlopende projecten op vlak van HVAC, sanitaire installaties en warmtepomptechniek. Dit kan gaan van nieuwe kantoorgebouwen tot appartementen, openbare gebouwen en/of villa’s. De projecten zijn steeds omvangrijk in grootte en budget, wat zorgt voor veel afwisseling en uitdaging.

Zodra de verkoop rond is, start jouw job. Je begint het project te plannen, bekijkt de technische verwachtingen/voorstudies en koppelt dit aan de juiste materialen en mensen. Enkele van jouw taken zijn:

- Technische uitwerking van het project en materiaalbestellingen

- Budget- en planningbewaking

- Aansturen en opvolgen van monteurs en onderaannemers

- Leiden van werfvergaderingen en communiceren met klant/aannemer

- Opvolgen van uren, prestaties, budget en vorderingsstaten

- Oplossen van (technische) problemen en bewaken van kwaliteit & veiligheid

- End-to-end projectcoördinatie tot oplevering

Je werkt nauw samen met de werfleiders en interne technische medewerkers bij de realisatie van het project.

Wie ben jij?

Als projectleider HVAC, Sanitair en Warmtepomptechniek, ben je in het bezit van een bachelorsdiploma elektromechanica, klimatisatie of aanverwant. Je kan daarnaast een eerste ervaring voorleggen in een gelijkaardige of aanverwante rol.

  • Werkte je bijvoorbeeld een tijd in een studiebureau waardoor je inzicht en kennis van de installaties sterk is en wil je een stapje hoger? Waag dan zeker je kans!

Als persoon ben je iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, kwaliteit nastreeft en flexibel kan handelen. Je bent bovendien in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.

Je beheerst daarnaast goed het Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven) en spreekt goed Engels. Een basis Frans is mooi meegenomen om vlot te communiceren op werven
