Bij HEADHUNTER.Vlaanderen hebben we een samenwerking met verschillende bedrijven die actief zijn in de ruime bouw sector met o.a. kabel & leiding technieken, wegenwerken, civiele werken, spoorwegen en gebouwen maar ook bouwmaterialen, automatisatie processen & scheepsherstellingen.

Voor onze klant in de Westhoek van Vlaanderen zijn we op zoek naar een Projectleider Hydraulische systemen. Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste ervaring met bruggen, sluizen, pompen, stuwen, waterzuiveringsinstallaties… Ze zijn een innovatief bedrijf op zoek naar duurzame samenwerkingen.

  • Je coördineert en organiseert werven met hydraulische installaties voor beweegbare bruggen, sluizen, stuwen, waterzuiveringsinstallaties en uiteenlopende industriële toepassingen.
  • Als technisch adviseur rond hydraulische cilinders en hydraulische groepen werk je nauw samen met collega‑projectleiders, project engineers en servicetechniekers om slimme, haalbare oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Je bent het technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten, volgt inbedrijfsstellingen en opleveringen op en bewaakt de planning, het budget en de voortgang van meerdere projecten tegelijk.
  • Daarnaast krijg je de kans om indrukwekkende installaties te leren kennen en mee te realiseren — projecten waar je later met trots op terugkijkt.
  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond op masterniveau, of een bachelor aangevuld met relevante ervaring.
  • Je voelt je thuis in grootschalige projecten binnen havens, rivieren, kanalen en industriële omgevingen, en je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in hydraulica.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met infrastructuurprojecten en buitenwerven en werkt graag samen binnen multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Als teamplayer bewaak je de kwaliteit van je eigen projecten, terwijl je dankzij je leidinggevende capaciteiten met respect en duidelijkheid richting geeft aan uitvoerende collega’s.
  • Je onderhandelt graag, neemt vlot het woord tijdens werfvergaderingen en zorgt voor heldere afspraken.
  • Daarnaast communiceer je vlot in Nederlands en Engels en ben je voldoende assertief om je ook in het Frans uit te drukken
