Je denkt actief mee over hun vraagstukken en vertaalt deze samen met je collega's naar betekenisvolle softwareoplossingen. Tegelijkertijd stuur je het project aan, bewaak je de voortgang en zorg je voor goede afstemming tussen klant, ontwikkelaars en andere betrokkenen. Wat ga je doen: * Projectplannen opstellen en sturen op planning, budget en scope; * Ontwikkelteams faciliteren en motiveren; * Zorgen voor een duidelijke, vlotte communicatie met alle betrokken partijen; * Kansen signaleren bij klanten en hier proactief op inspelen; * Continu bijdragen aan de verbetering van onze projectaanpak en processen. Je werkt deels op locatie bij de klant en deels vanuit ons kantoor. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar jouw doel blijft altijd helder: het realiseren van software die écht verschil maakt. Je gaat onder andere: Wat breng je mee? * 3-5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als Projectleider in softwareontwikkeling; * HBO werk- en denkniveau; * Kennis van moderne architectuurprincipes en cloudoplossingen; * Ervaring of interesse in Agile werken; * Een goed ontwikkeld commercieel inzicht en het vermogen om kansen te benutten. Je bent iemand die vooruitdenkt, snel schakelt en energie haalt uit samenwerken. Je weet hoe je structuur aanbrengt in complexe processen en schakelt moeiteloos tussen klantwensen en technische mogelijkheden. Dankzij jouw daadkracht en communicatieve vaardigheden breng je elk project tot een goed einde.
