We ondersteunen je niet alleen bij de succesvolle afronding van deze transitie bij Achmea Bank N.V., maar bieden je ook via de Randstad Academy alle handvatten voor jouw verdere professionele ontwikkeling. Functieomschrijving Heb jij ruime ervaring met het sturen op complexe veranderopgaven in een financieel-bestuurlijke omgeving? Als Projectleider Implementatie Financiële Dienstverlening Shell/SSPF bij Achmea Bank N.V. borg je een vlekkeloze transitie naar een hoogwaardige en compliant dienstverlening. In deze rol draag je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de beheerste uitbreiding van de financiële dienstverlening voor Shell (SSPF) naar Achmea Pensioenservices (APS). Je zorgt dat de organisatie per 1 januari 2027 alle afspraken invult volgens de scherpste normen voor kwaliteit, audit en governance. - Je stuurt integraal op scope, planning, budget, capaciteit en risicobeheersing. - Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor Shell en alle interne sleutelpersonen. - Je bewaakt afhankelijkheden en hakt tijdig knopen door om de doelstellingen te behalen. - Je escaleert doortastend wanneer voortgang, kwaliteit of capaciteit onder druk staan.
