Projectleider implementatie DIAZ favorite_border Startdatum 01-10-2026 Uren p/w 36 Einddatum 01-04-2027 € Geen max uurtarief Standplaats The Hague Vakgebied Project- en Programmamanagement Als Implementatiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van het nieuwe Dezi-stelsel binnen de CIBG-organisatie en voor de bredere uitrol in het zorgveld (zorgaanbieders en leveranciers). Je werkt in overleg met de programmamanager en zorgt dat de beheerorganisatie als acceptant goed wordt meegenomen, ook wanneer deze zelf verandert door het programma. - Inrichten beheer & support: coördineren van functioneel beheer, applicatiebeheer, technisch beheer en gebruikers- en technische support; realiseren van processen, trainingen en gebruikersdocumentatie; afstemmen en vastleggen van afspraken. - Aansluiten bestaande UZI-populatie: organiseren en begeleiden van de overgang van de huidige UZI-populatie naar het nieuwe stelsel, inclusief (online) informatiebijeenkomsten/Webinars. - Kennisdeling: organiseren van kennisdeling over het nieuwe stelsel, zowel intern als extern wanneer nodig. - Afsprakenstelsel en koppeling met Dezi: coördinerende rol bij het tot stand brengen van een afsprakenstelsel en het verbinden daarvan met het Dezi-stelsel; ondersteunen van de Directie Informatiebeleid met implementatie-informatie voor het volledige zorgveld. - Aansluiten interne diensten: coördineren van de aansluiting van interne applicaties op het stelsel. - Programmasamenwerking: bewaken van goede samenwerking met andere projecten binnen het programma en managen van afhankelijkheden.
