De Provincie Noord-Brabant bevindt zich in een belangrijke transitie naar een regieorganisatie. ServiceNow wordt het centrale platform voor servicemanagementprocessen binnen de provincie en vormt een cruciaal onderdeel van de verdere professionalisering van de dienstverlening. De implementatie omvat niet alleen de technische inrichting van het platform, maar ook procesinrichting, datamigratie, integraties, adoptie, governance en overdracht naar beheer. Daarbij is sprake van een omgeving met meerdere interne stakeholders, leveranciers en afhankelijkheden. Voor deze uitdagende implementatie zoeken wij een zeer ervaren Senior Projectmanager die integraal verantwoordelijk is voor de aansturing van het project en zorgt voor een beheerste en succesvolle ingebruikname van ServiceNow. Opdracht Het doel van de opdracht is het realiseren van een succesvolle, beheerste en duurzame implementatie van ServiceNow, waarbij processen, techniek, gebruikersorganisatie en beheerorganisatie optimaal op elkaar aansluiten en de dienstverlening van de Provincie Noord-Brabant duurzaam wordt ondersteund door het nieuwe platform. Als Senior Projectmanager ServiceNow Implementatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de integrale aansturing van het implementatieproject. - Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de planning, voortgang, kwaliteit, risico's, afhankelijkheden en besluitvorming gedurende het gehele traject. - Je zorgt voor samenhang tussen de verschillende werkstromen, waaronder procesimplementatie, technische inrichting, migratie, integraties, testen, adoptie en beheerborging. - Je werkt nauw samen met proces...
