Den Haag, Zuid-Holland, Nederland Opdrachtomschrijving Projectleider Implementatie • IT • Zorg Voor een organisatie binnen de zorg zoeken we een ervaren Projectleider Implementatie die leiding geeft aan de invoering van een nieuw stelsel voor veilige identificatie en authenticatie. Je coördineert de implementatie binnen de organisatie én het zorgveld en zorgt daarbij voor samenhang tussen beheer, support, migratie, kennisdeling en verschillende parallelle IT-trajecten. Rol & context Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor een implementatietraject binnen een omvangrijk programma rond toekomstbestendige digitale identificatie en authenticatie in de zorg. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de programmamanager, beheerorganisatie, interne diensten, zorgaanbieders, leveranciers en andere projecten binnen het programma. Werkzaamheden • Coördineren van de inrichting van functioneel beheer, applicatiebeheer en technisch beheer • Inrichten en afstemmen van gebruikerssupport en technische support • Realiseren van benodigde processen, trainingen en gebruikersdocumentatie • Vastleggen en afstemmen van afspraken rondom beheer en support • Organiseren en begeleiden van de overgang van bestaande gebruikers naar het nieuwe stelsel • Organiseren van kennisdeling binnen de organisatie en richting externe partijen • Coördineren van de totstandkoming en aansluiting van een afsprakenstelsel • Ondersteunen van de implementatie bij nieuwe gebruikersgroepen binnen het zorgveld • Coördineren van de aansluiting van interne applicaties op het nieuwe stelsel • Bewaken van de samenwerking met andere projecten binnen het programma • Managen van afhankelijkheden tussen verschillende projecten en parallelle trajecten Eisen • WO werk- en denkniveau • Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het zelfstandig leiden van IT-projecten • Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonba...
