Je stelt een implementatieplan op, stemt dit af met het management en brengt de nieuwe werkwijze in de praktijk totdat werkzaamheden kunnen worden overgedragen aan een SMP-coördinator. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen implementatieplan: uitwerken van een uitvoerbaar implementatieplan voor de invoering van het SMP. - Afstemming: afstemmen van het implementatieplan met het management en relevante stakeholders. - Inventarisatie: inventariseren van benodigde werkzaamheden, capaciteit en organisatorische randvoorwaarden. - Coördinatie: coördineren van betrokken afdelingen en bewaken van samenhang in de uitvoering. - Procesinrichting: inrichten en verduidelijken van rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en werkprocessen. - Applicaties en gegevensstromen: adviseren over inrichting van applicaties, gegevensstromen en ondersteunende processen. - Communicatie en overleg: organiseren van communicatie-, overleg- en escalatiestructuren en uitvoeren van interne communicatieactiviteiten. - Bestuurlijke voorbereiding: voorbereiden en begeleiden van benodigde bestuurlijke besluitvorming. - Externe contacten: onderhouden van relaties met relevante externe partijen en samenwerkingspartners. - Procesaanpassingen en ondersteuning: begeleiden van procesaanpassingen en ondersteunen/instrueren van betrokken medewerkers. - Monitoring en rapportage: implementeren van een monitorings- en rapportagestructuur en opstellen van voortgangsrapportages voor management en bestuur. - Risicobeheer: signaleren van risico's, knelpunten en afhankelijkheden en hier tijdig over adviseren. - Overdracht: zorgdragen voor een gestructureerde overdracht van werkzaamheden aan de aan te stellen SMP-coördinator.
