dé verbinder van leiderschap en technologie Als Projectleider Industriële Automatisering en Assetmanagement stuur je projecten aan die bijdragen aan veilige en toekomstbestendige water- en weginfrastructuur. De functie Als Projectleider Industriële Automatisering en Assetmanagement leid je multidisciplinaire projecten binnen een landelijke organisatie voor water- en weginfrastructuur. Je bereidt projecten voor tot aan aanbesteding en bewaakt tijdens de uitvoering scope, tijd, kwaliteit en financiën. De projecten dragen bij aan betrouwbare en veilige assets, waterveiligheid en het toepassen van nieuwe wetgeving zoals NIS2 en de Machineverordening. Jouw taken - Je bereidt projecten voor en zorgt dat de interne opdracht leidt tot aanbesteding. - Je beheerst scope, tijd, kwaliteit en financiën tijdens de uitvoering. - Je zorgt voor tijdige oplevering van projecten. - Je evalueert projecten om lessen te trekken voor volgende projecten en anderen. - Je leidt een multidisciplinair team en stimuleert creativiteit en vakmanschap. - Je vertaalt opgaven van de organisatie en de markt naar heldere doelen en ontwikkelt plannen met oog voor de toekomst. - Je houdt grip op risico's, planning en budget en verbindt partijen met verschillende belangen. - Je adviseert over het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en deelt kennis met collega's en ketenpartners. Wij vragen - HBO diploma in de richting van bedrijfskunde, of aantoonbaar HBO werk- en denkniveau met ervaring in een complexe organisatieontwikkeling. - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement en werken in een programma of projectenstructuur. - Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring in een leidinggevende rol. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Je creëert gemakkelijk een netwerk en weet binnen een complexe organisatie de juiste balans te bewaren.
