Bij een waterbeheerorganisatie in Vlaardingen leid je projecten voor de modernisering van procesautomatisering. Je werkt aan installaties die essentieel zijn voor schoon water en waterveiligheid: waterzuiveringsinstallaties, boezem- en poldergemalen, stuwen en sluizen. Denk aan PLC-vervanging, werkzaamheden aan procesautomatiseringsnetwerken en het beter beveiligen van besturingssystemen tegen cyberdreigingen. Je vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar uitvoerbare projecten en bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en acceptatiecriteria. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met projectmedewerkers, beheerders en specialisten in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek en werktuigbouwkunde. Je begeleidt aanbestedingen, beoordeelt offertes en houdt grip op contractafspraken en opleverdocumentatie. Daarbij kijk je steeds naar de samenhang tussen besturing, installatie en onderhoud. Door projecten te evalueren verbeter je de aanpak voor volgende vervangingen. Voor je vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling is een persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget beschikbaar, waarmee je je kennis van projectmanagement en technische ontwikkelingen verder kunt verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Leiden van projecten voor PLC-vervanging, procesautomatiseringsnetwerken en cybersecurity. - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, begrotingen, kwaliteitsnormen en acceptatiecriteria. - Begeleiden van aanbestedingen, beoordelen van offertes en bewaken van contractafspraken. - Afstemmen van technische werkzaamheden met projectmedewerkers, beheerders en andere afdelingen. - Zorgen voor complete projectdocumentatie, voortgangsrapportages en gecontroleerde oplevering. - Evalueren van projecten en adviseren over verbeteringen in de projectaanpak. Functie-eisen - Je hebt hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in industriële automatisering of werktuigbouwkunde. - Je beschikt over een PRINCE2 Foundation-certificering. - Je hebt ervaring met projectmanagement en het bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit. - Je hebt ervarin.
