Waar moet je zijn?

  • Regio Vlaanderen, Turnhout
  • Specialisatie: Technieken, elektriciteit, domotica, energiemanagement

Wat moet je doen?

  • Coördinatie werkvoorbereiding/calculatie
  • Opvolgen van de werven van A-Z
  • Als Ass. projectleider en aanspreekpunt voor de klant, onderaannemers, arbeiders/techniekers, ... ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende projecten die je zijn toegewezen (van start tot oplevering)
  • Offertes opstellen en bespreken, juiste materiaalkeuze aanbevelen en de klant geruststellen kan je als geen ander.
  • Je volgt de projecten op van begin tot einde samen met de verschillende partijen en hierbij staat de klant centraal.
  • Er worden verschillende werven/projecten opgestart en bezocht.
  • Opmetingen en nacalculatie hoort er natuurlijk ook bij
  • Coördinatie projecten + coaching, aansturen en motiveren teams, werfleiders, ...
  • Werfvergaderingen
  • Nauw toezien op veiligheid/kwaliteit/risico's + rapporteren

Profiel

  • Bachelor denkniveau
  • Je bent woonachtig in de regio Kempen/Limburg
  • Verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief nemen? Dit schrikt jou zeker niet af!
  • Orde, nauwkeurig en veilig werken worden door jou hoog in het vaandel gedragen
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider en coach
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees
  • Stabiel cv
  • Zowel juniors met Bachelor/Master op zak als seniors zijn welkom!
