Heb jij een sterke technische achtergrond binnen industriële elektriciteit en automatisering? Ben je een geboren coördinator die projecten van A tot Z in goede banen leidt en energie haalt uit het aansturen van mensen, budgetten en technische uitdagingen? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven.

Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle uitvoering van industriële projecten, van concept en offerte tot oplevering bij de klant. Je combineert technische expertise met projectmanagement en zorgt ervoor dat elk project kwalitatief, veilig en binnen de afgesproken timing wordt gerealiseerd.

Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers, engineering en uitvoering en bewaakt zowel de technische als financiële doelstellingen van jouw projecten.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Analyseren van de behoeften van klanten en deze vertalen naar technisch sterke en economisch rendabele oplossingen.
  • Opstellen van concurrentiële offertes en technische voorstellen.
  • Coördineren van projecten van A tot Z, van engineering tot oplevering.
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en bewaken van budgetten, planningen en deadlines.
  • Sturen van interne medewerkers, onderaannemers en externe partners.
  • Zorgen voor een optimale integratie van elektrische installaties, automatisering en industriële IT-oplossingen.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, efficiëntie en technische standaarden tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Identificeren en beheersen van projectrisico's.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en wettelijke normen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan innovatie en procesoptimalisatie binnen projecten.
  • Masterdiploma Industrieel Ingenieur Elektromechanica, Elektronica-ICT of een gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Minstens 8 jaar relevante technische ervaring binnen industriële elektrische installaties.
  • Ervaring met engineering, testing, opstart en onderhoud van industriële systemen.
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een projectleidende functie.
  • Sterke kennis van laagspanningsinstallaties, industriële besturingen, pneumatiek en hydrauliek.
  • Ervaring met projectbeheer, budgetopvolging en onderhandelingen.
  • Je combineert technische expertise met organisatorisch inzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel klanten als technische teams.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent gedreven om continu bij te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
