Ben jij gepassioneerd door elektriciteit en industriële projecten? Zoek je een uitdagende job waar je technische kennis en leiderschapsvaardigheden ten volle kunt benutten? Wij zoeken voor onze klant een dynamische Projectleider.

Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van industriële elektriciteitsprojecten van begin tot eind. Je draagt zorg voor het hele traject:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige projecttraject binnen industriële elektriciteitsprojecten, van offerte tot oplevering
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van projectplanning voor een efficiënte uitvoering
  • Coördineren van technische werkzaamheden, inclusief het aansturen van een team van technici
  • Bewaken van budgetten en kwaliteitsnormen gedurende het hele project
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en interne medewerkers
  • Waarborgen van veiligheid, efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid bij elke projectfase
  • Rapporteren over projectvoortgang en resultaten aan het management
  • Signaleren van mogelijke verbeterpunten en implementeren van optimalisaties
  • Meedenken met het bedrijf in kwestie over nieuwe technologische ontwikkelingen
  • Klantgericht en resultaatgericht, met focus op kwaliteit
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Teamspeler die mensen kan motiveren, maar ook zelfstandig werkt
  • Leergierig en initiatiefrijk binnen technische en industriële omgevingen
  • Diploma in elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering
  • Relevante werkervaring als projectleider binnen industriële projecten
  • Vlot in de Nederlandse taal en in bezit van rijbewijs B
