Dit familiebedrijf is uitgegroeid tot een internationale expert in industriële reiniging en afvalbeheer, maar heeft zijn persoonlijke en nuchtere Kempische cultuur nooit verloren.

🛠️ Jouw dag als Assistent Projectleider

  • Projectopstart: Je bereidt projecten technisch voor en zorgt dat de juiste teams, materialen en veiligheidsinstructies klaarstaan.
  • On-site management: Je bezoekt werven, stuurt de operatoren aan en waakt over de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Veiligheid als prioriteit: Je ziet streng toe op de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften (HSEQ) – bij Smet Jet komt veiligheid op de eerste plaats.
  • Administratieve opvolging: Je verwerkt dagrapporten, meetstaten en zorgt voor een correcte rapportage aan de Projectleider.
  • Klantcontact: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten op de werf en denkt proactief mee over de beste technische oplossingen.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Ervaring in de industriële reiniging of een technische sector is een grote plus, maar ook gedreven schoolverlaters zijn welkom!
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen te motiveren op de werf.
  • Je bent een krak in organiseren en laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan door een strakke planning.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B (je bent immers vaak onderweg naar klanten).
  • Veiligheid zit in je DNA; je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een VCA-attest (of bereid dit te halen).
