Enginity is een groeibedrijf met focus op het tewerkstellen van specialisten met kennis van het optimaliseren, automatiseren en digitaliseren van productieprocessen. We willen een digitale transformatie in de maakindustrie op gang brengen die de competitiviteit van de productiebedrijven versterkt.

  • Je onderzoekt de noden van productiebedrijven op basis van hun Industrie 4.0 uitdagingen. Samen met de Sales manager breng je verschillende oplossingen in kaart en neem je een adviserende rol op.
  • Je definieert de scope, bepaalt timing en budget in overleg met de klant. Als Projectleider neem je de kick off voor je rekening, zorgt voor een (pro)actieve communicatie met het projectteam en bewaakt de voortgang.
  • Je maakt duidelijke afspraken met leveranciers/partners en zorgt dat materialen die nodig zijn om het project te doen slagen, geleverd worden tegen de afgesproken levertermijnen en prijzen.
  • Vanuit deze rol sta je het team bij in zowel technische en praktische uitdagingen waarbij je zorgt voor een éénduidige communicatie naar onze klanten.
  • De projectteams bestaan uit experten met een verschillende achtergrond, technische domeinkennis en competenties waarbij jij de rol opneemt om de gemeenschappelijke ambitie en doelstelling naar de klant te bewaken. Je moedigt de verschillende teamleden aan om naar de best mogelijke oplossing voor de klant te streven.
  • Samen met je collega's bouw je aan een extern partnernetwerk, maak je gebruik van de verschillende eco-systemen en stel je een expertise pool samen.
  • Opleiding - Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor-of masterdiploma. Liefst in een technische Engineering/Informatica richting
  • Ervaring - Je hebt werkervaring in het uitwerken van digitale oplossingen.
  • Skills - Ondernemend, service minded en gedreven om op maat oplossingen voor klanten te bouwen. Je ben getalenteerd en ervaren in het voeren van projecten. Kwaliteits- en rendementsgericht handelen zijn voor jou doorslaggevend. Je bent besluitvaardig en maakt de klantenvraag duidelijk naar onze interne stakeholders. Je bent collegiaal en werkt samen met je team in functie van 1 doel.
