The posting

Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van industriële bouwprojecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project vlot verloopt binnen de vooropgestelde planning, het budget en de kwaliteitsvereisten.

Je onderhoudt nauw contact met opdrachtgevers, architecten, studiebureaus, leveranciers en onderaannemers en bewaakt de goede samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen. Daarbij neem je een coördinerende rol op en zorg je ervoor dat het project op elk moment efficiënt wordt aangestuurd.

Daarnaast volg je de financiële voortgang van de projecten nauwgezet op, waaronder de opmaak en controle van vorderingsstaten, budgetopvolging en kostenbewaking.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's binnen het projectteam en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de operationeel manager.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op en haalt energie uit het succesvol realiseren van bouwprojecten.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's.
  • Je bent sterk in het coördineren van verschillende partijen en weet mensen op een constructieve manier samen te brengen.
  • Je denkt kritisch, signaleert mogelijke knelpunten tijdig en neemt initiatief om oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Je combineert een praktische mentaliteit met een resultaatgerichte en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
