In deze rol als projectleider industriebouw en retail neem jij van A tot Z de regie in handen voor de totale opvolging, optimalisatie en realisatie van jouw projecten. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt via de volgende acties:

  • Je onderhoudt de contacten met alle betrokken partijen, waaronder de bouwheer, architecten, leveranciers en onderaannemers, waardoor de neuzen altijd in dezelfde richting staan.
  • Je bewaakt de budgettaire opvolging en stuurt proactief bij om een optimaal financieel resultaat te garanderen.
  • Je stelt strakke planningen op voor zowel het personeel als de materialen, zodat de werf nooit stilvalt.
  • Je controleert de uitgevoerde werken nauwgezet op kwaliteit en ziet er scherp op toe dat iedereen de veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt naleeft.
  • Je stuurt de medewerkers op de werf dagelijks aan en motiveert hen om samen tot het beste eindresultaat te komen.

Profiel:

Om deze rol als projectleider industriebouw en retail succesvol in te vullen, herken je jezelf in de volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een hoger technisch bouwkundig diploma (Industrieel Ingenieur of Bouwkunde) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante praktijkervaring.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een sterke troef, maar jouw gezonde goesting om bij te leren en je tanden in de materie te zetten is minstens even belangrijk.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een natuurlijke voortrekker die mensen kan inspireren, vlot communiceert in het Nederlands (kennis van het Frans of Engels helpt je nog sneller vooruit) en denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen.
  • Samenwerken zit ingebakken in je DNA; je begrijpt dat je een indrukwekkend gebouw nooit alleen neerzet, maar altijd als één hecht team.
