De functie inhoud Bekijk hieronder de functie-inhoud voor de job van projectleider industriebouw regio Ieper:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering van meerdere werven. Dit start van bij de projectvoorbereiding tot en met de oplevering.
  • Als centraal figuur binnen het project ben je de contactpersoon voor de bouwheer, architect, ... maar ook voor alle interne medewerkers.
  • Je neemt deel aan de wekelijkse projectleiders vergaderingen en je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie.
  • Het is jouw taak om ervoor te zorgen dat de vooropgestelde planning en budget wordt nageleefd.
  • Je bespreekt de werfvergaderingen met de werfleider en waar nodig woon je deze zelf bij.
  • De administratieve werfopvolging zoals vorderingsstaten, factuurcontrole, ... valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.

In hun verschillende productievestigingen hebben ze alle expertise om de meest kwalitatieve en economische totaaloplossing aan te bieden. Onder het motto 'wat we zelf doen, doen we beter' bewaren ze het best de controle over de kwaliteit, timing en stiptheid. Ze investeren continue in kennis, personeel, uitrusting en automatisatie. Als ze investeren en innoveren heeft dit als doel om in de toekomst nog doelgerichter en vlugger aan de slag te gaan. Hun missie is om de beste projecten uit te voeren in de industrie en agrarische sector met focus op kwaliteit. Ondertussen telt het bedrijf 140 werknemers en hebben ze werven in Vlaanderen, Wallonië en Noord-Frankrijk. Wil je in aanmerking komen voor deze functie?   • Je bent in het bezit van een hoger technisch diploma en daarnaast heb je al een mooie ervaring achter de rug als projectleider.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands is een must, kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Je staat stevig in jouw schoenen en bent in staat om een team te coachen.
