The posting

Als projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwalitatieve en efficiënte realisatie van meerdere bouwprojecten, vanaf de voorbereidende fase tot en met de definitieve oplevering.

Je stuurt een team van projectleiders en tekenaars aan en zorgt voor duidelijke richting en ondersteuning waar nodig. Je weet de sterktes binnen je team optimaal te benutten en de juiste taken aan de juiste personen toe te wijzen.

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen je team en bewaakt de voortgang van de projecten. Plannen en organiseren zijn daarbij jouw sterktes.

Je staat in voor de opmaak, opvolging en bijsturing van de algemene projectplanning en bewaakt de correcte uitvoering binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines en het beschikbare budget.

Jouw taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Organiseren en leiden van werf- en projectvergaderingen
  • Coördineren van de verschillende projecten en betrokken partijen
  • Ondersteunen en aansturen van je teamleden in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • Rapporteren aan het management over voortgang, budget en kwaliteit
  • Analyseren van projectdossiers en opstellen en opvolgen van de planning
  • Afstemmen met interne en externe partijen over planning, budget en kwaliteit
  • Aansturen van de uitvoering via de projectleiding op de werf
  • Bewaken en realiseren van een correcte en tijdige oplevering van de projecten

Je beschikt over een diploma industrieel ingenieur, professionele bachelor bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring, en kan terugblikken op minstens 7 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.

Je bent klantgericht en hebt een commerciële feeling.

Je neemt graag initiatief en gaat zelfstandig aan de slag waar nodig.

Je bent een sterke people manager die teams weet te motiveren en aan te sturen.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, efficiënt en resultaatgericht.

Je communiceert vlot met (onder)aannemers, leveranciers en andere stakeholders, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans.

Je bent goed vertrouwd met de courante Office-toepassingen en gangbare databanktools.

Dankzij je proactieve en hands-on aanpak denk je steeds een stap vooruit en anticipeer je op mogelijke uitdagingen.
