De projectomvang varieert van wegwerkzaamheden, verlichting en betonwerk tot kleinere civiele constructies die onderhoud en verbetering van stedelijke en regionale infrastructuur mogelijk maken. De organisatie richt zich op veilige uitvoering, kwaliteitsbewaking en het behalen van projectdoelen binnen de gestelde planning en budgetten. In Assendelft worden projecten uitgevoerd voor diverse opdrachtgevers in de regio Noord-Holland en is er aandacht voor praktische besluitvorming en afstemming met uitvoerders en onderaannemers. De projectleider speelt een centrale rol bij het aansturen van teams, het waarborgen van materiaalvoorziening en het monitoren van voortgang en kosten. Er is een professioneel inwerktraject en ruimte voor ontwikkeling via opleidingen en praktijkgerichte trainingen binnen uitvoering en projectmanagement. Het salaris ligt tussen €2650 en €4600 bruto per maand.
