Projectleider Infrastructuur

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een stabiele en groeiende aannemer actief in infrastructuurwerken zoeken we een Projectleider Infrastructuur. In deze verantwoordelijke functie neem je meerdere projecten tegelijk in handen en zorg je voor een vlotte uitvoering van opstart tot oplevering. Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, budgetten en veiligheid, en fungeert als centrale schakel tussen werf, klanten en interne diensten.

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van infrastructuurprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Samenwerken met de afdelingen planning, calculatie en aankoop om projecten optimaal op te starten.
  • Organiseren en aansturen van de uitvoering op de werven.
  • Ondersteunen van ploegbazen bij de dagelijkse organisatie en taakverdeling.
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, budgetten en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en onderhouden van contacten met klanten, studiebureaus en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van vorderingsstaten en projectrapportages.
  • Actief sturen op een efficiënte inzet van mensen, materiaal en middelen.

PROFIEL

  • Bachelor of master in Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring als projectleider, werfleider of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de bouw- of infrastructuursector.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Communicatief sterk en proactief ingesteld.
  • Resultaatgericht en gemotiveerd om deadlines te behalen.
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd centraal.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office.
  • Ervaring met AutoCAD.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
