  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bouw en hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring.
  • Je kan autonoom te werk gaan en hebt goede leiderschap skills.
  • Je bent een goede communicator en kan jouw kennis op een vlotte manier overdragen.
  • Orde en netheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en zet je dag in dag uit in voor jouw werven.
  • Je bent in staat om jouw team aan te sturen en te motiveren.
  • Je kan je uitdrukken in het Frans indien nodig.
