In dé pitstop haven voor offshore activiteiten op de Noordzee is optimale beschikbaarheid van infrastructuur zoals kaden, (vaar)wegen, bruggen, sluizen, walstroom, verlichting, drinkwater, beveiliging, etc. cruciaal.

Daarnaast staan we samen met partners van de gemeente, provincie en Koninklijke Marine voor grote infrastructurele ontwikkelingen in het havengebied (Maritiem Cluster Den Helder - Samen vooruit).

Bij Port of Den Helder werken we met een klein team op de afdeling Infrastructuur & Ruimte aan het beheren, onderhouden en ontwikkelen van de infrastructuur in- en om het havengebied van Den Helder.

Vanuit het Havengebouw, middenin het havengebied werk je aan: - Onderhoud, renovatie en nieuwbouw projecten van haveninfrastructuur - Projecten op verschillende vakgebieden zoals civiel, bouwkundig, werktuigbouw, elektro- en besturingstechniek - Van kleine interne projecten met enkele collega's tot het organiseren van grotere multidisciplinaire projecten met meerdere adviseurs en aannemers - Van concrete herstelopgaven tot ontwikkeltrajecten met langere termijn - Projecten in een dynamische, nautische omgeving waar de operatie 24/7 draait - Projecten die direct en indirect bijdragen aan verduurzaming en de energietransitie, op het land en op de Noordzee

Naast je projecten vervul je met het team een rol in: - Het verzorgen van (project) rapportages en voorstellen - Het beheren van de digitale (gis) systemen - Vanuit je vakgebied bijdragen aan operationele- en commerciële vraagstukken zoals tekenwerk en (bodem)onderzoeken bij gronduitgiften en advisering op specifieke projecten zoals bijvoorbeeld een zware hijsklus - Het bouwen en onderhouden van relaties met (lokale) stakeholders, adviseurs, aannemers en havenbedrijven
