De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Projectleider Infrastructuur regio Kortrijk?

  • Je stelt vorderingsstaten op en bewaakt de financiële voortgang van elk project van begin tot einde.
  • Nog voor de eerste schop de grond in gaat, bereid je projecten grondig voor: je neemt planning, calculatie en aankoop volledig voor jouw rekening.
  • Je organiseert de technische, menselijke en financiële middelen op de werf, waarbij veiligheid en efficiëntie voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats komen.
  • Je ondersteunt ploegbazen dagelijks en verdeelt taken op de actieve werven, zodat alles vlot blijft lopen.
  • Je woont werfvergaderingen bij en zorgt voor een correcte, strakke opvolging van alle gemaakte afspraken.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een familiale aannemer regio Kortrijk met een stevige reputatie in grond-, afbraak- en infrastructuurwerken. Het bedrijf is actief over een breed geografisch gebied, tot over de grens in Noord-Frankrijk, waardoor de projectvariatie groot is en geen enkele week hetzelfde verloopt. Nieuwe medewerkers worden persoonlijk begeleid en snel wegwijs gemaakt op de werven.

De hechte teamband blijkt niet alleen op de werf, maar ook tijdens regelmatige afterwork-activiteiten met collega's.
