Bijvoorbeeld met data, AI en slimme techniek die het werk efficiënter en zinvoller maken. Zo zorg jij dat nieuwe oplossingen écht waarde toevoegen aan veilig, voldoende en schoon water in Oost-Brabant. Daarom kies je voor waterschap Aa en Maas - Jij staat als mens centraal: je krijgt veel vrijheid in je werk en alle ruimte om je te ontwikkelen. - Een dijk van een arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket: denk aan 21% individueel keuzebudget en € 6.000,- opleidingsbudget. - Werk met impact: door nieuwe technologieën slim in te zetten, draag je bij aan het waterschap van de toekomst.
