Je werkt aan gebouwgebonden techniek die zichtbaar bijdraagt aan een duurzamere en slimmere leefomgeving. In deze rol krijg je ruimte om beslissingen te nemen, mensen mee te nemen en projecten van begin tot eind strak te sturen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Aansturen van het projectteam, waaronder werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en voortgang. - Opstellen en opvolgen van contractafspraken en risico's binnen UAV en UAV-GC. - Borgen van veiligheid, kwaliteit en rapportages rondom V&G en WKB. - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, bewoners, leveranciers en andere betrokkenen. Functie-eisen Je brengt ervaring mee uit de installatie- of technieksector en weet hoe je projecten gestructureerd en met overtuiging aanstuurt. Jij houdt overzicht, schakelt snel tussen belangen en communiceert helder met uiteenlopende gesprekspartners. Met jouw integriteit, zorgvuldigheid en resultaatgerichte aanpak bouw je aan vertrouwen én een voorspelbaar projectverloop. Wij zoeken iemand die beschikt over: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting installatietechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. - 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in projectleiding binnen de installatietechniek of gebouwgebonden installaties. - Kennis van Revit en bij voorkeur ervaring met UAV, UAV-GC, V&G en WKB. - Vaardigheid in plannen, organiseren, prioriteren en het bewaken van voortgang. - Een aanpak waarin leiderschap, besluitvaardigheid, initiatief en samenwerking samenkom...
