Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Projectleider voor een gespecialiseerde en ondernemende organisatie in regio Dilbeek, actief binnen de hoogwaardige afwerking en inrichting van professionele gebouwen.

Onze klant realiseert uiteenlopende projecten waarbij technische complexiteit, maatwerk en kwalitatieve afwerking centraal staan. Van kantooromgevingen tot commerciële ruimtes: elk project brengt andere technische en organisatorische uitdagingen met zich mee.

Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een bouwtechnisch sterke Projectleider die graag zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering in goede banen leidt.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je neemt de volledige coördinatie van afwerkings- en fit-outprojecten op jou, van voorbereiding tot definitieve oplevering.
  • Je analyseert technische plannen, stelt planningen op en bewaakt de budgetten, kwaliteit en uitvoering.
  • Je stuurt de werkzaamheden op de werf aan en coördineert de verschillende uitvoerende partijen.
  • Je onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met klanten, architecten, leveranciers en andere betrokken partners.
  • Je volgt verschillende projecten gelijktijdig op en zorgt ervoor dat technische of organisatorische knelpunten snel worden opgelost.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma Bouwkunde, Bouwtechniek, Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde of Architectuur, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in projectleiding, bij voorkeur binnen afwerking, fit-out, interieurrealisatie of aanverwante bouwprojecten.
  • Je bent bouwtechnisch sterk, organisatorisch onderlegd en beschikt over de maturiteit om projecten zelfstandig te beheren.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands op C2-niveau en het Frans op C1-niveau. Kennis van het Engels is een bijkomende troef.
