Opdrachtomschrijving Als projectleider geef je leiding aan een organisatiebreed verbetertraject op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging en risicobeheersing. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, structureren en bewaken van het traject vanaf de nulmeting en GAP-analyse tot en met de implementatie en borging van verbetermaatregelen. Je brengt de juiste mensen bij elkaar, zorgt voor duidelijke besluitvorming en bewaakt voortgang, planning en resultaten. Daarbij fungeer je als verbindende schakel tussen management, proceseigenaren, specialisten en andere betrokken stakeholders. Waar ga je werken Je komt terecht in een dynamische en kennisintensieve omgeving waarin onderwijs, onderzoek en bedrijfsvoering samenkomen. Je werkt samen met uiteenlopende stakeholders op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau, waaronder management, proceseigenaren, IT specialisten, securityspecialisten en andere ondersteunende functies. De universiteit kent een complexe organisatie met veel autonomie, uiteenlopende belangen en een grote mate van samenwerking. Dit vraagt om een projectleider die verbinding weet te creëren, overzicht houdt en effectief kan opereren binnen een bestuurlijk sensitieve omgeving. Verantwoordelijkheden - Coördineert de uitvoering van de nulmeting en GAP-analyse. - Organiseert en begeleidt workshops, interviews en projectoverleggen. - Zorgt voor afstemming tussen management, proceseigenaren, specialisten en ondersteunende functies. - Signaleert risico’s, afhankelijkheden en knelpunten en zorgt voor adequate opvolging. - Coördineert de uitvoering van verbetermaatregelen en bewaakt de voortgang. - Bereidt besluitvorming voor en ondersteunt opdrachtgevers en stuurgroep. - Verzorgt voo.
