Dan komen wij graag met jou in contact! Driestar educatief zoekt een Projectleider IT (Gouda, 32-36 uur per week) Wat ga je doen als projectleider IT? Als Projectleider IT breng je overzicht in complexe trajecten, creëert draagvlak en zorgt ervoor dat projecten vertaald worden naar concrete resultaten. Je werkt samen met collega's uit het onderwijs, de ondersteunende afdelingen en externe leveranciers. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de voorgang en zorgt dat de betrokkenen goed geïnformeerd blijven. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het: - initiëren, plannen en realiseren van IT-projecten; - aansturen van projectgroepen en leveranciers; - opstellen van projectplannen, businesscases en voortgangsrapportages; - bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico's; - begeleiden van veranderingen binnen de organisatie; - vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar praktische en toekomstbestendige oplossingen; - bijdragen aan de verdere digitalisering van Driestar educatief. Wat vragen wij? Je bent een stevige projectleider die mensen weet mee te nemen in verandering. Je kunt schakelen tussen strategie en uitvoering en weet complexe vraagstukken overzichtelijk te maken. Daarnaast zoeken wij een collega die: - Beschikt over hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring heeft met het leiden van IT- of digitaliseringsprojecten; - Communicatief vaardig is en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende stakeholders; - Beschikt over organisatiesensitief en verbindend vermogen; - Resultaatgericht is en een pragmatische instelling heeft; - Lid is van een van de reformatorische kerken uit onze achterban en onze grondslag onderschrijft.
