In het kort: Je gaat als projectleider IV binnen programma ISZO agile IT-projecten leiden rond PinkRoccade Samenlevingszaken, functionaliteiten verbeteren en implementeren, processen en beheer optimaliseren en datakwaliteit, stabiliteit en managementinformatie versterken. Context De gemeente Lelystad werkt al twee jaar met de oplossing Samenlevingszaken van PinkRoccade. Binnen het nieuw opgerichte programma ISZO (Informatievoorziening SamenlevingsZaken op Orde) liggen verschillende uitdagingen die we integraal gaan aanpakken. Het doel is het realiseren van verbeteringen in de inrichting van Samenlevingszaken, met focus op: - Productvisie ontwikkelen voor Samenlevingszaken - IT-functionaliteiten verbeteren of implementeren - Optimalisatie van processen en inrichting van governance Het programma werkt agile en streeft naar een eenduidige, toekomstbestendige inrichting van Samenlevingszaken, met aandacht voor de specifieke uitdagingen binnen het sociaal domein van gemeente Lelystad. Binnen het programma is er naast de programmamanager ook een Scrum Master, Product Owner, projectleider business en een procesadviseur. Jouw opdracht Het leiden van IV-gerelateerde projecten binnen ISZO op een agile wijze, met focus op het verbeteren en implementeren van functionaliteiten in de PinkRoccade Samenlevingszaken-applicaties. Zorgen voor tijdige, kwalitatieve oplevering binnen budget en volgens de wensen van stakeholders. Een greep uit de projecten: - Restpunten Programma van Eisen opleveren - eHerkenning implementeren - Verbeteren stabiliteit Samenlevingszaken - Datakwaliteit en managementinformatie verbeteren - Beheer en changeproces verbeteren Eisen -Dienstverband: ZZP (of detachering) - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als (uitvoerend) projectleider in complexe IT-projecten binnen gemeenten. - Ervaring met programma’s van eisen, conversietrajecten, changemanagement en IT-architectuur. - Kennis van projectmanagementmethodieken. - Begrip van user story’s en functionele ontwerpen. -..
