Jobomschrijving

  • Je leidt meerdere projecten gelijktijdig van opstartfase tot definitieve oplevering.
  • Je bewaakt de planning en stuurt bij waar nodig om deadlines te garanderen.
  • Je beheert budgetten en volgt de financiële resultaten van projecten nauwgezet op.
  • Je onderhandelt met leveranciers, onderaannemers en externe partners.
  • Je ondersteunt werfleiders bij technische en organisatorische vraagstukken.
  • Je ziet toe op naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
  • Je organiseert en leidt coördinatie- en werfvergaderingen.
  • Je onderhoudt duurzame relaties met klanten, architecten en studiebureaus.
  • Burgerlijk Ingenieur of Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen projectleiding in de bouwsector.
  • Ervaring met Design & Build-projecten is een plus.
  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Financieel inzicht en een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die teams motiveert en inspireert.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands.
