The posting

Als Projectleider Koeltechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, coördineren en afronden van koeltechnische projecten binnen verschillende sectoren (tertiair en industrieel, voornamelijk B2B-klanten zoals agro- en foodbedrijven, ziekenhuizen en grootkeukens). Dit omvat het ontwerpen, installeren en onderhouden van koel- en vriescellen, maar ook kleinere projecten omtrent airconditioning en warmtepompen. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, begeleidt hen van de eerste bespreking tot en met de effectieve uitvoering van het project.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren projectleider met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in koeltechniek of (industriële) klimatisatie.

  • Minstens een diploma A2 met relevante ervaring, idealiter een bachelor in klimatisatie.
  • Ervaring in koeltechniek en projectopvolging.
  • Vertrouwd met het uitvoeren van calculaties (luchtstroomberekeningen, oppervlakteberekeningen,..).
  • Ervaring met projecten in tertiaire en industriële omgevingen.
  • Basiskennis van AutoCAD is een pluspunt.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Bereid om ongeveer 80% van de tijd op kantoor te werken en 20% op locatie bij klanten, idealiter woonachtig in de regio Waasland.
