Ben jij een analytische projectleider met ervaring in procesoptimalisatie binnen een laboratorium- of R&D-omgeving? Krijg je energie van het structureren van complexe processen en het verbinden van verschillende stakeholders? Dan is deze opdracht een unieke kans om mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van een innovatieve organisatie.

Voor een organisatie zoeken we een Projectleider Labo-processen. In deze strategische rol breng je de huidige laboratoriumwerking in kaart en leg je de basis voor toekomstige renovatie- en optimalisatietrajecten.

Als Projectleider Labo-processen neem jij het voortouw in dit strategische traject. Je zorgt ervoor dat de huidige situatie grondig wordt geanalyseerd en vertaald naar een duidelijke en gedragen blauwdruk van de laboratoriumprocessen.

  • Je analyseert de operationele en biologische laboratoriumprocessen en brengt deze op een gestructureerde en visuele manier in kaart.
  • Je gaat in gesprek met de verschillende directies, laboranten en andere betrokken stakeholders om hun noden en verwachtingen te verzamelen. Op basis daarvan werk je toe naar een uniform en gedragen eisenpakket dat als fundament dient voor toekomstige projecten.
  • Je vertaalt analytische en gebruikersvereisten naar een functioneel labontwerp
  • Je integreert bestaande engineering- en 3D-ontwerpen in het fit-out concept.
  • Je stelt investeringsramingen en budgetten op en bereidt CAPEX-aanvragen voor.
  • Je slaagt erin om complexe informatie overzichtelijk te structureren en verschillende belangen met elkaar te verbinden. Dankzij jouw analytische aanpak creëer je consensus over directiegrenzen heen en leg je de basis voor een efficiëntere laboratoriumorganisatie.
  • Je faciliteert workshops en gestructureerde beslissingsmomenten met gebruikers en technische teams
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of masterdiploma in een relevante richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en het in kaart brengen van bedrijfs- of operationele processen binnen een complexe laboratorium- of R&D-omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en weet complexe processen helder te visualiseren en te structureren.
  • Daarnaast ben je een uitstekende communicator die gemakkelijk samenwerkt met uiteenlopende stakeholders en in staat is verschillende afdelingen rond een gemeenschappelijk doel te verenigen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en weet strategische projecten van analyse tot oplevering succesvol te begeleiden.
