In het kort: Je gaat als projectleider meerdere landschapsprojecten van planfase naar uitvoering brengen, ontwerpen en vergunningen afronden, participatie begeleiden en de aanbestedingsprocedure tot en met gunning organiseren. Opdrachtomschrijving Als projectleider Landschapsprojecten ga je voortvarend en resultaatgericht aan de slag met landschapsprojecten in de gemeente Westerkwartier. De gemeente Westerkwartier werkt aan een samenhangend pakket van landschapsprojecten in het gebied Middag-Humsterland en omliggende dorpen, gefinancierd vanuit het Nationaal Programma Groningen (NPG) en de landschapscompensatie TenneT. De planvorming van deze projecten is (grotendeels) gereed of in een vergevorderd stadium. De gemeente zoekt een opdrachtnemer die deze projecten binnen twaalf maanden van planfase naar aanbesteding en gunning brengt. De geselecteerde projectleider krijgt als opdracht mee het aantoonbaar gereed maken voor uitvoering van twaalf landschapsprojecten (gefinancierd vanuit NPG, TenneT-landschapscompensatie of een combinatie daarvan) in de periode 1 november 2026 tot en met 1 november 2027. “Gereed voor uitvoering” betekent per project: doorlopen van de resterende ontwerp-, participatie- en vergunningsstappen, technische uitwerking en het begeleiden van de aanbestedingsprocedure tot en met gunning. Kandidaatomschrijving De voorkeur gaat sterk uit naar een kandidaat die ruime ervaring met vergelijkbare projecten, zowel inhoudelijk als op het gebied van communicatie en participatie en bij voorkeur ook bekend is met de projecten in het Westerkwartier. In de offerte zijn relevante referentieprojecten opgenomen. De kandidaat beschikt over: - hbo-werk- en -denkniveau; - bij voorkeur minimaal vijf jaar aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden van vergelijkbare projecten vanuit of in opdracht van de overheid; - aantoonbare ervaring met projectmatig en resultaatgericht werken; - sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van communicatie en participatie; - bij voorkeur kennis va.
