Opdracht : Je maakt aantoonbaar gereed voor uitvoering twaalf landschapsprojecten, gefinancierd vanuit het Nationaal Programma Groningen (NPG), de landschapscompensatie TenneT of een combinatie daarvan. De projecten moeten binnen twaalf maanden van planfase naar klaar voor uitvoering worden gebracht. Gereed voor uitvoering betekent : doorlopen van de resterende ontwerp-, participatie- en vergunningsstappen en de technische uitwerking. Verantwoordelijkheden - Voltooien van resterende ontwerpstappen - Leiden van communicatie- en participatieprocessen met betrokkenen - Zorgen voor afronding van noodzakelijke vergunningsprocedures - Technische uitwerking van projecten zodat ze klaar zijn voor uitvoering - Resultaatgericht coördineren van het projectproces Jouw profiel - Opleiding: hbo-werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring: bij voorkeur minimaal vijf jaar aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden van vergelijkbare projecten vanuit of in opdracht van de overheid - Werkwijze: aantoonbare ervaring met projectmatig en resultaatgericht werken - Vaardigheden: sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met participatie - Pre: kennis van subsidievoorwaarden van het Nationaal Programma Groningen (NPG) en TenneT - Pre: gebiedskennis van de gemeente Westerkwartier Eisen - Minimaal opleidingsniveau* "in een relevante richting" - HBO - Minimale werkervaring - Minimaal drie jaar aantoonbare ervaring als projectleider in het fysieke domein voor de overheid in landschaps- of groenprojecten.
