Jij begeleidt projecten rondom luchtkanalensystemen, plaatwerk en isolatiewerkzaamheden van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Samen met de werkvoorbereiding en monteurs zorg je voor een goede start en duidelijke afspraken. Tijdens het project bewaak je de voortgang, stuur je monteurs en eventuele inleenkrachten aan en onderhoud je contact met opdrachtgevers en uitvoerders. Ook projectinkopen, meer- en minderwerk en de bijbehorende projectadministratie en rapportage houd je goed in de gaten. Daarbij zorg je dat het werk veilig, netjes en volgens de geldende Luka- en VGM-richtlijnen wordt uitgevoerd. Kortom: jij zorgt dat mensen weten wat er moet gebeuren en dat het project volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. Wat bieden wij?
