Als projectleider maatschappelijk vastgoed ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van diverse vastgoedprojecten binnen de gestelde kaders. Je werkt projectmatig en stuurt op kwaliteit, tijd, budget, risico en informatie. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne opdrachtgevers, schrijft projectplannen, coördineert de uitvoering en evaluatie, en richt projectgroepen in. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor aanbestedingen, contractmanagement, budgetbeheer en risicomanagement. Daarnaast adviseer je collega's en externe partijen over vastgoedprojecten. Je communiceert helder, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team. Je werkt nauw samen met andere projectleiders om de kwaliteit van projecten te waarborgen. Voorbeelden van projecten zijn de nieuwbouw van een brandweerkazerne en de realisatie van een zwembad. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ruime ervaring als projectleider maatschappelijk vastgoed binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie. - In staat om te schakelen tussen verschillende belanghebbenden en lagen binnen de organisatie. - Vermogen om zelfstandig projecten te leiden van initiatief tot overdracht. - Ervaring met projecten in gemeenten met maximaal 50.000 inwoners. - Proactieve, stressbestendige en samenwerkingsgerichte instelling. - Afgeronde hbo bachelor opleiding, bij voorkeur in bouwkunde. - Kennis van duurzaamheid en circulaire bouwprincipes. - Beschikbaar op maandag en dinsdag. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en representatieve houding. - Beschikbaar voor een gesprek op een afgesproken datum. - Kennis van aanbestedingstrajecten, contractmanagement en risicomanagement.
