In het kort: Je gaat de quickscan maatschappelijke weerbaarheid vertalen naar een integraal programma, projectstructuur en uitvoeringsagenda opzetten, OOV-taken uitvoeren, interne en externe partners verbinden en bestuur en management adviseren over risico’s, keuzes en borging. Organisatie Bussum, Naarden, Muiden en Muiderberg vormen samen de gemeente Gooise Meren met ruim 60.000 inwoners. Onze organisatie is plat en overzichtelijk met circa 450 medewerkers. We vertrouwen elkaar, zijn wendbaar en werken doelgericht met impact voor bestuur, inwoners en collega's. Het team Openbare Orde en Veiligheid (OOV) bestaat uit zeven gedreven medewerkers met verschillende aandachtsgebieden en expertises. Binnen het team wordt gewerkt aan actuele veiligheidsvraagstukken, crisisbeheersing, ondermijning, zorg & veiligheid en maatschappelijke weerbaarheid. Gemeente Gooise Meren heeft recent een quickscan maatschappelijke weerbaarheid laten uitvoeren. Deze quickscan brengt in beeld hoe de gemeente ervoor staat op de verschillende pijlers van maatschappelijke weerbaarheid en welke maatregelen prioriteit verdienen. Voor de vervolgfase zoeken wij een ervaren professional die de resultaten van de quickscan vertaalt naar een concrete aanpak, de benodigde projectstructuur opzet en de organisatie helpt maatschappelijke weerbaarheid duurzaam te verankeren. Opdracht Maatschappelijke weerbaarheid is een relatief nieuw maar snel groeiend thema binnen gemeenten. Ontwikkelingen zoals langdurige stroomuitval, cyberincidenten, uitval van vitale voorzieningen, maatschappelijke ontwrichting en andere crisis- en verstoringssituaties vragen om een gemeente die voorbereid is op langdurige impact op inwoners, ondernemers en de gemeentelijke organisatie. Gemeente Gooise Meren beschikt binnenkort over een quickscan maatschappelijke weerbaarheid waarin de huidige situatie, kwetsbaarheden en prioriteiten zijn uitgewerkt.
