Ben jij een ervaren technisch profiel dat liever problemen oplost dan vergadert? In deze rol combineer je techniek, projectcoördinatie en werfopvolging. Je schakelt vlot tussen ontwerp, atelier, klant en werf en houdt meerdere projecten tegelijk op koers. Geen dag is hetzelfde: vandaag bespreek je een ontwerp met een klant, morgen controleer je de voortgang op een werf en tussendoor stuur je bij waar nodig. Veel verantwoordelijkheid, veel afwisseling en vooral: technisch bezig zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je volgt projecten op van ontwerp tot oplevering.
  • Je stemt technische en praktische zaken af met klanten.
  • Je controleert de voortgang van projecten en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en uitvoering.
  • Je schakelt tussen bureau, atelier en werf.
  • Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen en vertaalt die naar de praktijk.
  • Je werkt mee aan technische tekeningen en ontwerpen.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering op bij klanten in België, Nederland en Noord-Frankrijk.
  • Je rapporteert over de voortgang en communiceert duidelijk met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Je beheert meerdere projecten en weet op elk moment wat eerst moet gebeuren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiding en groeit stap voor stap mee in de verantwoordelijkheid.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een groeiende technische KMO die gespecialiseerd is in industriële installaties voor het behandelen, opslaan en doseren van bulkproducten. De organisatie is bewust kleinschalig gehouden. Daardoor zit je dicht bij de beslissingen, kun je rechtstreeks sparren met ervaren collega's en krijg je snel verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt bovendien met mensen die zelf technisch sterk betrokken zijn bij de projecten. Verwacht dus een team waarin initiatief wordt gewaardeerd, waar men rechtstreeks communiceert en waar je niet moet wachten op vijf goedkeuringen om iets in beweging te krijgen.

  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld mechanica of elektromechanica
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen machinebouw
  • Ervaring met machinebouw en metaalconstructies
  • Goede kennis van AutoCAD en Inventor
