Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Projectleider Machinebouw.

Ben jij een technisch sterke ingenieur die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over uitdagende maatwerkprojecten? Wil je betrokken zijn vanaf de eerste klantvraag tot de uiteindelijke oplevering, waarbij je samen met een gedreven engineeringteam innovatieve machines en productielijnen realiseert?

Onze klant is een innovatieve engineeringpartner binnen een sterk groeiende Belgische machinebouwgroep. Ze ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en bouwen volledig op maat gemaakte machines en geautomatiseerde productielijnen voor uiteenlopende industriële toepassingen. Dankzij hun Design & Build-aanpak krijg je de kans om elk project van dichtbij op te volgen en écht impact te maken.

Functieomschrijving Als Projectleider Machinebouw neem je de technische leiding over uitdagende Design & Build-projecten. Je bent niet de klassieke uitvoerende projectleider, maar denkt vanaf de conceptfase actief mee over de beste technische oplossing voor de klant.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het coördineren van machinebouwprojecten van concept tot oplevering.
  • Het technisch uitwerken en verder vormgeven van klantgerichte oplossingen.
  • Het aansturen en begeleiden van Mechanical Design Engineers tijdens de engineeringfase.
  • Het bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en technische haalbaarheid.
  • Het onderhouden van nauw contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.
  • Het opvolgen van de realisatie, montage en opstart van jouw projecten.
  • • Het signaleren van optimalisaties en meedenken over innovatieve technische oplossingen.
  • Je behaalde een Master Elektromechanica, Werktuigkunde of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen machinebouw, projectengineering of technische projectleiding.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar maatwerk, innovatie en techniek centraal staan.
  • Je combineert een analytische mindset met een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel klanten als collega's en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je haalt energie uit het begeleiden van projecten én mensen.
