Ben jij een technisch sterke projectleider met ervaring in machinebouw en een hands-on mentaliteit? Voor een groeiende technische omgeving zoeken we een Projectleider Machinebouw die meerdere projecten van ontwerp tot uitvoering coördineert. Je vormt de schakel tussen klant, verkoop, engineering, productie en montage en zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch correct, binnen planning en volgens de gemaakte afspraken worden gerealiseerd.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je beheert meerdere machinebouwprojecten parallel en coördineert deze van voorbereiding tot en met oplevering.
  • Je vertaalt de verkochte scope naar een concrete en haalbare technische uitvoering en stemt deze af met engineering, productie en montage.
  • Je ondersteunt mechanische en elektrische engineers en bewaakt de technische voortgang en uitvoerbaarheid van de ontwerpen.
  • Je organiseert de werfplanning, stuurt monteurs aan en coördineert de werkzaamheden op verschillende werven.
  • Je bewaakt planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en continuïteit en grijpt tijdig in wanneer bijsturing nodig is.
  • Je bent het operationele aanspreekpunt voor de klant en onderhoudt een duidelijke communicatie over de voortgang en uitvoering van de projecten.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur mechanica of elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen machinebouw en beschikt over een goede kennis van machinebouw en metaalconstructies.
  • Je combineert technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht met een sterke organisatorische en praktische aanpak.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt zelfstandig en bent sterk in het flexibel organiseren en bijsturen van projecten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, gedreven en werkt vlot samen met klanten, collega's, engineers, productie en monteurs.
  • Je hebt een goede operationele kennis van het Frans en Engels.
