Je leidt projecten én ontwerpt ze zelf. Techniek tot op het bot.

Je neemt projecten vast van zodra ze concreet worden. Geen overdracht zonder context, jij zit er van bij de start op.

Samen met sales ga je in gesprek met de klant en denk je mee over het concept. Daarna neem je het project volledig over en stuur je alles van A tot Z aan.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en collega’s. Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budget.

Uniek aan deze rol: je zit niet enkel in coördinatie. Je ontwerpt ook zelf. Ongeveer de helft van je tijd werk je projecten technisch uit in 3D.

Je denkt kritisch mee, stelt verbeteringen voor en zoekt altijd naar de beste oplossing. Geen copy-paste projecten, maar maatwerk.

Dit is een rol voor iemand die techniek wil combineren met verantwoordelijkheid.

Je hebt technische kennis én zin om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

  • Technische master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring als projectleider of mechanical engineer
  • Sterke interesse in machinebouw
  • Je kan technische tekeningen uitwerken (3D)
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt initiatief
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega’s
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kritisch

Je hoeft geen klassieke projectmanager te zijn, maar je moet wel ownership nemen.
