Voor een sterke technische projectorganisatie in West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een ervaren Projectleider Machinebouw die mechanische maatwerkprojecten van concept tot finale oplevering in handen neemt.

Je combineert hier technische diepgang met volledige projectverantwoordelijkheid. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klant, engineering, productie en montage, maar blijft tegelijk inhoudelijk betrokken bij ontwerpkeuzes, machineconcepten en technische oplossingen.

Dit is geen pure coördinatiefunctie. Je behoudt de voeling met engineering en techniek, terwijl je tegelijk het volledige project bewaakt op vlak van planning, budget, kwaliteit en uitvoering.

Jobomschrijving

Wat Ga Je Doen

  • Je neemt mechanische machinebouwprojecten van A tot Z in handen, van eerste technische analyse tot installatie en finale oplevering.
  • Je bespreekt technische noden rechtstreeks met klanten en vertaalt deze naar een haalbare, maakbare en kostenefficiënte oplossing.
  • Je denkt actief mee over machineconcepten, mechanische constructies, lay-outs en technische keuzes.
  • Je coördineert engineers en designers en bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van de engineering.
  • Je blijft inhoudelijk betrokken bij 3D-ontwerp, lay-outs en technische detailbesprekingen zonder zelf voortdurend in detailengineering te zitten.
  • Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en technische haalbaarheid gedurende het volledige project.
  • Je volgt productie en montage nauwgezet op en grijpt in wanneer technische of organisatorische uitdagingen ontstaan.
  • Je coördineert leveranciers en externe technische partners en bewaakt afspraken rond timing, kwaliteit en uitvoering.
  • Je ondersteunt sales en calculatie bij de technische uitwerking van offertes en projectvoorstellen.
  • Je houdt rekening met de financiële impact van technische beslissingen en bewaakt de balans tussen kwaliteit, kostprijs en maakbaarheid.
  • Je bent de centrale technische schakel tussen klant, engineering, productie en montage.
  • Je behoudt het totaaloverzicht over jouw projecten zonder de voeling met de techniek te verliezen.

Wie Ben Je

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master binnen Elektromechanica, Mechanica, Industrieel Ontwerp of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen machinebouw of engineering kan een formeel diploma perfect compenseren.
  • Je hebt ervaring als Project Engineer, Projectleider, Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer of Mechanical Designer.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke mechanische basis en begrijpt hoe machines, constructies en technische installaties worden opgebouwd.
  • Ervaring binnen machinebouw, automatiseringsprojecten of klantspecifiek maatwerk is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een 3D-CAD-pakket. Specifieke softwarekennis is minder belangrijk dan jouw technisch inzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en kunt technische oplossingen helder toelichten.
  • Je combineert technische kennis met voldoende commerciële feeling om ook budgetten en klantverwachtingen mee te bewaken.
  • Je bent georganiseerd en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht over verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en voelt je comfortabel met een hoge mate van autonomie.
  • Ook een sterke Mechanical Engineer die klaar is om door te groeien naar volledige projectverantwoordelijkheid komt in aanmerking.
