Opdrachtomschrijving Voor divisie Amsterdamse Riool- en Watertaken (ARW) zoeken wij een Projectleider ontvlechting Magazijn. We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren projectleider die een professioneel Magazijn ARW op kan zetten én die de ontvlechting van de materialen van AGV (Waterschap Amstel, Gooi en Vecht) en divisie Drinkwater kan organiseren. ARW staat voor een strategische opgave: het ontvlechten en professioneel inrichten van een magazijn ter borging van bedrijfscontinuïteit, veiligheid, compliance en kostenbeheersing. De scope van de opdracht is het magazijn op Spaklerweg en op de Papaverweg. Voor de uitwerking en realisatie hiervan zoeken wij een ervaren zelfstandige projectleider die meerdere scenario's (zelf doen/uitbesteden/hybride) uitwerkt, per scenario een integrale businesscase opstelt en het richtinggevende scenario vertaalt naar de opzet, het bestaan én de start van de werking van de magazijn- en logistieke functie voor ARW. Fase 1 - Scenario's & businesscases In de eerste fase ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en vergelijken van scenario's, inclusief onder andere Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) per scenario, risicoanalyse (veiligheid, ADR/PGS15, AO/IB, compliance), locatie- en faciliteitenonderzoek, governance, eigenaarschap en beheer van het artikelbestand, procesontwerp (bestellen, voorraadbeheer, spareparts, retourstromen, calamiteiten), digitale inrichting en functioneel beheer (voorraad- en artikelbeheer) en advies richting directie en onders...
