Kuijpers Projectleider Maintenance Rotterdam Zuid-Holland Werktuigbouwkunde Als projectleider Maintenance bij het ambitieuze en groeiende Kuijpers Rotterdam zorg ik - samen met een hecht team - voor het zelfstandig beheren en coördineren van onderhoudscontracten, waarbij ik installaties in topconditie houd en opdrachtgevers adviseer. Mijn baan Als projectleider Maintenance ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig beheren, adviseren en ontwikkelen van onderhoudscontracten en bijbehorende dienstverlening. Samen met een team van onderhouds- en servicemonteurs en -technici zorg ik er dagelijks voor dat de technische installaties en systemen van onze opdrachtgevers in optimale staat verkeren. Mijn rol is veelzijdig en draait om het organiseren, coördineren en aansturen van onderhoudsprojecten aan werktuigbouwkundige, elektrotechnische en gebouwgebonden installaties. Dit doe ik volledig zelfstandig, waarbij ik zorg voor een tijdige, rendabele en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering binnen de afgesproken kaders van budget en planning. Ik stel onderhoudsplannen op - zowel preventief als correctief - en houd toezicht op de uitvoering ervan. Hierbij breng ik de onderhoudsbehoeften in kaart op basis van inspecties, installatiestatus en geldende wet- en regelgeving. Daarnaast ben ik het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze opdrachtgevers, adviseer ik over optimalisaties en verduurzamingsmogelijkheden, en rapporteer ik over de voortgang en resultaten. Over Kuijpers Rotterdam Ik werk bij Kuijpers Rotterdam , een jonge en ambitieuze vestiging die sinds 2022 volop in ontwikkeling is. We groeien richting 2030 van 25 naar 50 collega's, wat ruimte biedt voor specialisatie, innovatie en grotere projecten.
