Bruggen, sluizen en installaties waar je naam op mag staan

Je leidt mechanische projecten van A tot Z. Geen kleine opdrachten, wel installaties zoals bruggen, vijzelpompen en waterzuiveringssystemen.

Je zit niet enkel achter je bureau. Je zit mee op de werf, in overleg met klanten en in technische discussies met collega’s.

Wat je concreet doet:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van werven (bruggen, sluizen, pompen, installaties)
  • Technisch advies geven en oplossingen uitwerken samen met engineers en techniekers
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten en opdrachtgevers
  • Voorbereiden van projecten en opvolgen van budgetten
  • Aansturen van leveranciers en bestellingen laten uitvoeren
  • Overleggen met interne teams en externe partners
  • Werfvergaderingen leiden en knopen doorhakken

Je bent de schakel tussen ontwerp, uitvoering en klant.

Je bewaakt kwaliteit, timing en budget.

Dit is een rol voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit complexe technische projecten.

We zoeken iemand die technisch sterk staat en projecten kan dragen.

  • Technische opleiding op masterniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Interesse in mechanica, staalconstructies en grote installaties
  • Ervaring in projectleiding of sterke ambitie om die rol op te nemen
  • Je kan plannen, organiseren en overzicht bewaren
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bewaakt kwaliteit
  • Je bent besluitvaardig en kan onderhandelen

Affiniteit met infrastructuurprojecten en waterbeheer is een sterke plus.
