The posting

Voor onze klant, een Belgische marktleider in industriële ontstoffing, pneumatisch transport en solids procesoplossingen zijn wij op zoek naar een projectleider.

Als Projectleider ben jij de sleutelpersoon voor de uitvoering van projecten bij onze klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle technische en financiële aspecten van het project in goede banen worden geleid. Door een goede samenwerking met verschillende interne teams en externe partners, weet jij de verwachtingen van de klant te overtreffen en de projecten succesvol af te ronden. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en zorgt voor een goede klantrelatie gedurende het hele project.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Projectvoorbereiding & calculatie: In samenwerking met de klant analyseer je de projectbehoeften en verzamel je de benodigde gegevens voor een gedetailleerd voorstel.

- Commerciële opvolging: Je stelt offertes op in samenwerking met de calculatiedienst en technisch-commerciële medewerkers en bent het primaire aanspreekpunt voor de klant.

- Coördinatie projectuitvoering: Je bewaakt de voortgang van het project, zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt en coördineert met interne teams, leveranciers en onderaannemers.

- Budgetbeheer: Je volgt de kosten van het project nauw op en zoekt naar manieren om het project efficiënter en rendabeler te maken.

- Technische ondersteuning: Je werkt nauw samen met het tekenbureel om technische ontwerpen en lay-out plannen te realiseren.

- Werfbezoeken en opvolging: Je zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden op locatie en voert inspecties uit.

- Klantrelaties en service: Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten en fungeert als hun aanspreekpunt voor toekomstige uitbreidingen en nieuwe projecten.

Wie ben jij?

- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

- Je hebt ervaring met projectmanagement en het coördineren van technische projecten van begin tot eind.

- Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel naar klanten als interne teams, en hebt een commerciële benadering.

- Je werkt gestructureerd, bent analytisch en beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit.

- Je hebt ervaring met CAD-software (BricsCAD, AutoCAD 2D/3D) en de Microsoft Office suite.

- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
