The posting

Je neemt ownership over de praktische en organisatorische opvolging van verschillende technische projecten. Je:

  • vertaalt projectinformatie naar een duidelijke planning en aanpak;
  • denkt mee over technische oplossingen en de praktische uitvoerbaarheid ervan;
  • bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines worden gehaald;
  • detecteert mogelijke knelpunten en grijpt proactief in;
  • brengt structuur in projectopvolging, planning en communicatie;
  • helpt processen, werkwijzen en interne tools verder ontwikkelen.
  • Werven opvolgen van voorbereiding tot oplevering

Je bent regelmatig aanwezig bij klanten en op projectlocaties. Je:

  • bezoekt klanten en werven om technische informatie te verzamelen en de situatie correct in kaart te brengen;
  • stelt werfdossiers samen met onder andere metingen, aansluitingen en aandachtspunten voor productie en montage;
  • zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht naar het tekenbureau zodat de juiste tekeningen kunnen worden uitgewerkt;
  • stemt planning en praktische uitvoering af met de klant;
  • organiseert transporten en leveringen;
  • geeft heldere instructies aan montageploegen en eventuele onderaannemers;
  • zorgt voor een goede samenwerking en motivatie op de werf;
  • bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masteropleiding als ingenieur.
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectopvolging, projectcoördinatie of technische organisatie.
  • Je houdt van structuur en bent sterk in organiseren en plannen.
  • Je beschikt over een echte helikopterview: je bewaart het overzicht zonder belangrijke details uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en durft beslissingen te nemen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, collega's, montageploegen en externe partners.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar gelooft sterk in samenwerking.
  • Je legt de lat hoog op vlak van efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Affiniteit met landbouw, industrie of technische installaties is een plus.
